Where do you source the cloth from?
We have long standing trading relationships with the traditional mills of West Yorkshire along with the world’s leading cloth merchants.
How do I supply my measurements?
There are instructions on how to measure. If you have any difficulty you can book a Zoom meeting with our master tailor who will be delighted to assist you.
Can I talk to someone to discuss my order?
Absolutely! Please get in touch to book a 30-minute Zoom meeting with our master tailor.
Can I request sample fabrics before I place an order?
We want you to be happy with your choice of fabric – therefore, we can post up to three sample cloths along with a tape measure, all free of charge.
I don't have a tape measure
Just send us an email and we will post one out to you.
What is the delivery date?
Normally around 5 weeks, subject to cloth availability and your location.
What is so special about your jackets?
We are passionate about the quality of our garments. The fit is superb and the internal construction that you can’t see only uses only the very best interlinings.
Your jacket will be so personal to you that we will even embroider your name in the jacket lining.
What happens if the jacket doesn't fit?
If you have any problems, please email some photos and we will arrange a time to discuss over Zoom.
