The Harris Tweed Collection

Whenever I feel this cloth, it always reminds me of my visits to the remote and beautiful Isles of Harris & Lewis which is off the west coast of Scotland.

The rugged landscape, the fresh Scottish air, the isolated crofts where the cloth is hand woven. The warm welcome from the islanders. It is a complete contrast to the city life we are used to.

Despite its remoteness, Harris Tweed is a world-renowned wool fabric unique in its use of local materials and hand-crafted techniques.
Harris Tweed is the only fabric protected by an act of Parliament.

The finished cloth is inspected and stamped on the reverse side with the Harris Tweed Orb trademark, certifying the authenticity of the cloth and protecting the Harris Tweed name.

The hand-picked selection of cloths incorporates traditional warm rustic colours evoking the countryside associated with Britishness.
